I wanted to do something special to mark the big event of a 5th birthday, and a tea party seemed to be the perfect way to have a small celebration without breaking the bank. I purchased little tea cup and plate sets for a dollar each at a second hand store, and loaded up on other supplies at the dollar tree. When the day came around, Cassie helped make everything happen.
This face made it all worth it.
